Temporary Pleasure funciona como todos los segundos álbumes de la historia que no añadieron nada al sonido del primero pero aportaron al grupo un par de años más de giras totalmente triunfales. Por encima de las múltiples estrellas invitadas, brilla el increíble manejo del pop (a veces disfrazado de soul o hip-hop) en conjunción con el techno de James y Jas, sólo visto en The Chemical Brothers, Basement Jaxx y no tantos más. Adoro Audacity Of Huge y para los amantes de Beth Ditto imposible no oir Cruel Intentions.
